The Temp-to-Hire Agreement

Before hiring a temp-to-hire employee, you will approve a temp-to-hire agreement with Flexicrew. This agreement outlines the terms of the arrangement, including the hourly rate during the temporary period, as well as the flat fee you will pay once you decide to bring the employee on as a direct hire.

During the temporary period, Flexicrew bills you a per hour rate for the temporary employee. We take care of processing timesheets and send regular invoices for the hours worked. When you are ready to accept the employee as a direct hire at your company, you will pay a flat fee for the placement. The flat fee and the hourly rates are agreed upon in advance and approved by your before you make any hiring decisions.
